I stay for one night and im very satisfied, and all the staff is kind and friendly specially kathleen reception. 😊

Nothing not to like.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and really comfortable. Besides that, the hotel had great facilities, including a gym, a sauna, and a wonderful pool where we enjoyed an astonishing view of the city. One of our favorite things is that this hotel is right next to the metro, which was very convenient to get around the city. Moreover, we loved that this hotel was located near the supermarket, allowing us to purchase snacks and drinks whenever we wanted. Lastly, we had the pleasure of meeting the staff, who were incredibly attentive and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and helped us with anything we needed during our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, located right in front of a metro station and surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants. the staff was incredibly kind and hospitable, even waiting for me at the gate for an early check, in. the room was spacious and clean with excellent amenities, including complimentary coffee. A small supermarket and a good Thai restaurant were conveniently located nearby.

The hotel lacked a restaurant and bar, which was a drawback for me as I prefer dining in, house. Though the staff was great, they were hard to locate during early morning check, out.

The size of the room was impressive and had a nice view. The location was great too, as the metro station was located right outside the entrance. We also enjoyed the selection of cafes and restaurants around the hotel, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The swimming pool was not working during our stay and that the hotel was still in its soft opening phase, which meant that some of the amenities were not available. we wished there were clearer signs or instructions on how to find the hotel, as it was difficult to locate.

The exclusive amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. the private facilities were outstanding, making us feel like VIPs. the location advantages were also commendable, as we were close to everything we wanted to see and do. the staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated.

The only minor issue we experienced was the noise level in our room. Despite the extra measures to ensure a quiet stay, we could still hear some outside noise which disrupted our sleep.

The hotel's location is superb, right on top of the metro station and near a supermarket. the room is spacious and comfortable, with good service and a lovely view from the window. There are also great facilities available, including a restaurant and coffee area.

The hotel's furniture is outdated and could use some refurbishing.
